Founded by Lonnie Heward in 1999 our staff has grown significantly to now have over 50 years of experience in the appraisal industry. All of our appraisers are FHA Certified.

We are Employee Relocation Council Certified to better serve our clients. The Employee Relocation Council (ERC) is a professional membership association concerned with workforce mobility. As an ERC Certified appraiser we are better prepared to assist in:
